Final regular-season state polls
The postseason has a full slate of games this week with Ohio sectional volleyball and soccer with a busy schedule.
In reviewing the final coaches' state polls in volleyball and soccer here's what we find with area teams.
In volleyball, Mercy (21-1) was ranked No. 1 in the Division I poll with 23 first-place votes. McAuley (15-7) is sixth, followed by Ursuline (15-7) at seventh.
In boys' soccer, Mason (14-0-2) finished fourth in Division I. Finneytown (10-1-5) was seventh in Division II.
Madeira (13-1-2) was first in the Division III poll. CHCA (11-1-3) was ninth.
In the girls' poll, Sycamore (15-1-0) was second in Division I. Ursuline (14-1-1) was third and St. Ursula (13-1-2) fourth respectively.
In Division II, Madeira (12-2-2) was third, followed by Fenwick (sixth), Badin (ninth) and Indian Hill (tenth).
